Refund & Cancellation Policy
Dayanand Cricket Academy (DCA) is committed to providing a high-quality training experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations. By enrolling a student at DCA, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Registration Fee
The one-time registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing an application and securing a student's place in our program.
2. Program & Hostel Fee Cancellation
For cancellations of quarterly, half-yearly, or annual program and/or hostel fees, the following refund structure applies:
- Cancellation 15 days or more before the program start date: 100% of the program/hostel fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the program start date: 75% of the program/hostel fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation after the program has started (within the first 7 days): 50% of the program/hostel fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation after 7 days from the program start date: No refund will be issued for the program/hostel fee.
3. Mid-Session Withdrawal
No refunds will be provided for students who withdraw voluntarily from the academy mid-session for personal reasons. In cases of withdrawal due to serious, long-term injury or illness, a partial credit for future programs may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided a valid medical certificate is submitted.
4. Dismissal from Academy
No refund will be issued for any fees if a student is dismissed from the academy due to disciplinary action or violation of the DCA code of conduct.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our admissions office at rambir96@gmail.com. The date of the email will be considered the official date of the cancellation request. Please allow up to 15-20 business days for the processing of any applicable refunds.
6. Academy's Right to Cancel
Dayanand Cricket Academy reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by DCA, a full refund of all fees paid, including the registration fee, will be issued.
